30,000 Gallon Vertical Storage Tank - 143" outside diameter x 36' High, 37' Overall.
5/16" Bottom & 1/4" upper cylinder
UL-142 Labeled Tank, Vertical Cylindrical Atmospheric Welded Steel Storage Tank
5/16” thick flat flanged bottom head. Standard flange height is approx 3”.
The sides are manufactured using 1/4" thick material from the bottom ring to the top.
Standard roof thickness is 10ga (.134” nom.)
Designed, fabricated, tested and name-plated in accordance with all applicable provisions of specification ANSI / UL 142.
Manufactured of Hot Rolled mild Carbon Steel plate (Certified A36).
Furnished complete with a 24" round heavy manway in the lower cylinder.
1 - 18" long-bolt manway in the top for emergency venting
1 - 3” Roof Vent
2 - 1" Stainless Steel Half-Couplings top and bottom of cylinder for gauging.
1- 3" Stainless Steel Half-Coupling low in cylinder for inlet/outlet.
1- 3" Stainless Steel Full-Coupling low in cylinder for inlet/outlet.
2 lifting eyes. Bare steel interior. All of our tanks come standard with enamel primer over mill surface and black Asphaltum on the bottom.

The tanks are pressure tested as per ANSI UL-142 specs for air test. The tanks were completely sealed, air was then introduced, 1 to 1.5 pounds and a solution was placed on all welds and fitting to test for leaks.
Tanks have a 1 year warranty.
